Installation Support
by telephone or e-mail is free for 30 days from the date of
purchase to ensure a successful start-up with our Visual e products.
Installation support covers the install process and questions pertaining to
the install.
Annual Basic Support/Maintenance
(optional), allows customers to download dot release upgrades.
E-mail response to questions pertaining to features documented in the Visual e
.NET Reference Manual only can be submitted. This service applies to a
single designated customer contact person. For
